Re: Problem to save project

Usually, if there is a problem with an object it will not load to begin with. It sounds like you managed to get it to load and you made a movie but you cannot save the set. Yes I have come across this occasionally. I am guessing that the problem is with the object, maybe its size or format. Another ...

Re: Make a Flag and make it wave

You can put video on a backdrop but it has to be in the correct .avi format and the file has to be small. Have a look through the tutorials https://www.anizu.uk/ I prefer to include ready made videos and images using muvizu layers and a video editor. That way you can work with just about any format.

Re: changing characters but keeping their old timeline

I am afraidthat is not possible in muvizu.
If you wanted multiple instances of the same character performing the same actions (soldiers marching), use muvizu for the first one and use Hit Film to make repeats of the clip on a final movie.

Re: No Sound

When you load a sound clip you have to make sure it lands in the correct place in the time line. Sometimes you have to slide the green bar along.
Can you send a screenshot of the timeline when the character is speaking?

Re: cell phone

I am afraid that all of the character actions in Muvizu are a good 20 years out of date. Mobile phones have changed a bit since then. To have someone speaking on a phone you have to fake it. I tend to use a head and shoulders shot with a PNG image of an arm holding a phone planted on in the editor. ...

Re: Seeing in the dark - new movie

Another superbly produced movie Ike, with that gripping dark atmosphere, very well done. Time to have a look at this Twinmotion. It looks to fit very well with muvizu.

Re: How to transfer props etc

The fact is that muvizu has acquired some notable new features ( layering and key framing) but basically it hasnt really changed that much. If by props you mean 3D models ( in .ase, .obj, or .fbx format) that you either created or downloaded back then, they should all happily import into the newer v...

Re: Tie

I find using decals for ties and suits is fine and so much easier than making an attachment. I have added a couple of examples. Making decals is explained in my tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FiwH1r6b9r4

Re: Purchasing Key framing expansion pack

Loads of us continue to use muvizu as it is. Once you have it, it continues to work OK (as long as you take certain measures if you change your computer). If you mean has muvizu finished developing? I am afraid the answer is probably yes. The chinese company that bought Digimania for a song, are not...
