If you look in Geoffs Assets in Anizu you will find a 'head band' ( sorry I am english) which you can attach in place of a hat.

I am afraid Muvizu is useless at telling you what precise things it doesnt like. My guess is that you had some features on your old machine which are not there on the new one and they were used in those sets - maybe something like key framing.
