Re: How to replace a character for another one by keeping the directed actions?
Ok I see, I think you could do it with Doc's way. But you would need to make all the scenes with every different dummy charater. Because if you make a scene with a dummy boy, you can't replace him with a girl, Beefy or a fat man, only with a saved boy favourite. It''s still a lot of work I'm affraid.

Hi,
I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but you could delete everything, but keep the character with its actions and then save the set with a different name, or isn't that what you want?

Re: Red timeline
Hi,
This sometimes happens when you move characters or actions around. You can fix it by right clicking the action > select Edit and click fix teleport or all teleports.

Re: Holding objects
Hi Zeke, In "the road departure" movie I made them talking on the phone in hitfilm with a 2D image of the arm. You should take a camera position so that his arm is not visible behind his body. Then you import an arm holding a phone as 2D transparent image. It's a bit too complicated to just write it...

Re: Importing objects with transparent png
Hi,
Is the exported png from your 3d editor still transparent? Maybe you should look at your alpha settings in your editor. What if you re-import the original transparent leaves png again in muvizu?

Szj,
There is no link to give you, since the website to buy play+ is not online at the moment. There is probably a new owner of muvizu, but we have to be patient to see any kind of activity from them.

Re: De wegomlegging (The road departure)
Thank you Pat and Doby! I'm happy you like it. The car chase I first created with animated backdrops, but because of the repeating images, it didn't look convincing. I then scaled down all cars and trees, roads, etc. to make a long track. The whole scene takes place from one side to the other side o...

Re: De wegomlegging (The road departure)
Thanks Ziggy, also for the comment on youtube. Indeed in Hitfilm I tracked the movement of the characters shoulder to follow the breathing. I attached a point to that tracking and made the arm in 3 parts. The upper-arm is parented to the point, the lower-arm to the upper-arm and the hand with phone ...
