The textures for those characters are in the proporties screens (bottom right corner) when you edit the legs, top, cape, etc.

Can you tell what the log file says in MuvizuGame\Logs\Persistant.log?

I copied the playplus.lic file in the folder C:\Program Files\Muvizu Play\MuvizuGame\License

Did you name that folder "License", or "Licence"? Should be with a C, not a S.

If your hard disk of the dead computer is still working, you could try to place the old disk in another computer, to get the licence .lic file off of it.

That usually happens when 2 or more faces overlap in the model.

It's probably also wise to note your current MAC address somewhere outside your computer. In case your computer crashes, you can't retrieve it anymore.
