I'm a college professor with a background in professional animation and I use Muvizu to teach filmmaking to students of Algonquin College's Game Development program.
I started out using standard video equipment but wasn't happy with the results my students were coming up with. I then decided that a machinima approach would be a better fit and got much better films as a result. This unique method was developed and refined over the past 4 years using Moviestorm as our software of choice and we're now switching over the Muvizu.
One of the features I'm most interested in is the 360 video rendering mode which allows me to explore the newly established genre of VR.
I'm super grateful for this community effort to keep users going during these troubled times. Not only was my own access issue solved, I was also given an alternative for use in the classroom.
I plan to be an active member sharing resources and offering guidance as often as I can.

Cool! I'd be happy to meet up and discuss filmmaking in Muvizu if you like.
