Video on backdrops formats Demystified

In latest Muvizu versions the use of video on backdrops has been a matter of intense debate about working formats. The format that works in all cases has been a specific non-compressed format. The drawback, it produces long size videos which don't run on many computers. Some argue that they are able to use a specific Microsoft mpeg 4 v3 compressed format.
Why do some get it and others do not? Here's the explanation.

When m_bStripVideoAlpha in Muvizugame.ini config files are set to True you are not allowed to use transparent video but msmpeg4 v3 compressed video format works perfectly.

When m_bStripVideoAlpha in Muvizugame.ini config files are set to False you are only allowed to use uncompressed format transparent or not (RGBA video). The compressed msmpeg4 v3 format doesn't work. See pictures below.
