Contact with Meshmellow in China is haphazard. I am surprised that you havnt had a reply from kontakt@muvizu.dk. This is Nik in Denmark. He is a one man business and I know he is busy but he is usually very reliable. I will give him a nudge.

You could Google for 3-D model hair dreadlocks, and you will surely find some. You can sometimes find models that are free but usually you have to pay. For Muvizu you really want models that are low-poly, or you can put them through blender or mesh mixer to bring down the polygon count. I always loa...

Ziggy is a master at using 3D coat for objects and textures. For artificial objects like machines , furniture etc I usually make it in skechup, export it as a dae . I Load that into Silo where I texture it - export it as an obj ( with its partner .mtl file) and put it into muvizu for exporting as an...

I am afraid Muvizu is useless at telling you what precise things it doesnt like. My guess is that you had some features on your old machine which are not there on the new one and they were used in those sets - maybe something like key framing.
